Hello, I did the 10k in September but haven't been able to run much since due to health issues. I am looking to restart and train for the half marathon in October. Are the group sessions still running and are they suitable for rubbish runners like me!? And how do I go about finding a running buddy!? Thanks!

The Group Runs are def still going. We do a session on Wednesday Evenings at 6:30 and another on Saturday Morning at 9 am. These are designed so you can go at your own pace. We also do a Walking Group on Thursday Mornings at 10:30, for those who are starting slow or prefer not to run. If you are looking for a run buddy for other times during the week, just post a request similiar to your question above and hopefully someone will respond that is about your own ability. You can state the pace you're looking for and/or times you are available to meet. We are open late hours during the week, and you can agree with someone to meet at the shop if you like.
