Hi all The monday nite group run which is run from the shop @ 6.30pm will be changing format.
Instead of doing long slow distance work round the downs, we will now be looking in to doing speed work and some plyometic exercises.
These sessions will be about 40-45 minutes long, but they will be intense. The session is based around High Intensity Interval Training. Meet at the shop on monday @ 6.30
I realise that these sessions dont suit everyone however they will give you a really good workout. Also this is where my own training is going as i prepare for the summer.
If this isnt to your likings then we will still be doing the thursday group runs from the shop @6.30 and our off road run at the end of the month.

Hi
Can you tell me a bit more about this. How many people turn up? Is there a charge? What's the standard like? Will I be dropped running at 8 - 8.5 minute miles? Where does the route go from the shop? Do you advise on individual technique at all? (Likewise for the Thursday run)

@steve To give me an idea of what level of detail to include, are you asking because you've read the info on the [ www.mymoti.com/bristol/] site, (and the posts elsewhere on these boards that cover your questions) and still have questions ...or because you haven't? Either is fine. There's no charge for the Mon or Thu sessions

Hi - yes I've had a good look around the Moti website - was just after a bit more detailed info to decide whether to come along.
