Hi everyone.
Starting Monday 2nd of march @ 6.30pm I will be starting the second of moti's weekly run nights. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
for those of you who know what i do on thursdays it will follow the same format. for those of you who dont know what happens here's a brief intro.
5 mile runs @ 8 min mile pace(ish) also comprising fartlek and hill work as well. This will be what i will be doing for the next few weeks but im also going to be using this night to do some longer distance stuff pos getting up to the 10 mile mark.
