Hi all hope the new yaer is treating you well.
On the 25th of Jan we are running a 1/2 marathon training day
aimed at all levels. It starts at 10am and should finish at about 4pm.
The day will include an hour long technique session, talk on nutririon, therapy clinic, advice on setting up programs and training logs and a talk on race strategy.
The whole day will probably cost £10 which is awsome.
Too book for this day either pop in to the shop or give them a call on 0117 973 7000.

Also dont forget the thursday run club its all free and again its for all levels.
